HEARTS ON A POUCH

Check out these adorable hearts that my friend Cynthia made for me. Felt and coordinating fabric cut into heart shapes and stitched together. Some additional embellishments on a few of them ...

After staring at them for a whole day, I decided that they needed to evolve ... so I grabbed some canvas pouches and embroidery thread and sewed them onto the pouches. {You can buy canvas pouches at craft stores or make them yourself with just a straight stitch and some cording.}

Easy peasy.

The perfect gift pouches to fill with almost anything for a most lucky recipient, don't you think?

Happy crafting. :)

You have transformed the canvas bags into an adorable item. Gorgeous. Lynne Moncrieff

Fun idea and why not, make a batch of. To have on hand, is perfect when we are pressed for time. Still useable for passing on, but hard to give up.

Warmly,
Karla

what a sweet little project! Thanks for sharing it.
