Morning has broken ... and Potential's heel has turned ...
I LOVE how it's turning out and I can't wait to get to the end, where I finish the toe area with red. But truth be told, I can already feel my ADHD coming on strong ... Will I ever get the second sock knitted to complete the pair?
Must both so socks match?

You can do it, you can do it! Just think of the pay off when you see those two amazing socks sitting together amongst a sea of textiles.

Though most of my socks begin their life cycle as a matching pair, inevitably many morph into singletons, "widowed" by taking a tumble within the wily dryer and disappearing into its "black hole." So, you might just consider yourself to be wise in your proactivity--you are merely saving a step and the accompanying frustration of ending up with a mateless sock.

I'm determined to really learn how to knit at some point.
Don't sweat the completion timetable-I have an unfinished cross-stitch project that is about 10 years old.
Just keep thinking what a great blog post it will make one day when you're done-lol.

LOVE how the sock is coming along! If you tire of the project before you can bring yourself the knit another one, just hang that one on the mantle for Santa to fill at Christmas, lol!
