For quite some time, I've been tinkering with the idea of opening my own little etsy shop. Why? It's a different experience than running a company shop ... it feels more like a little place where I can offer unique one-of-a-kind handmade items ... like my little crocheted rocks ... and some other art items that I'm cooking up.
I had a lot of fun creating my shop banner. It's based on this photo that I took, with elements that I think are true to who I am. Paper, hemp yarn, red felt, rubber stamping, free motion stitching, vintage buttons, and a line of red string. I think that about sums up the most important items that I turn to when I create. (For now.)
So if you're ever in the mood to see what one-of-a-kind handmade offerings I am putting out into the etsy universe, I hope you'll check out my little etsy shop. If you lose this link, you can always find it on etsy by punching in jennydoh or ... this little E with orange flower petals that you can find on the left side of my blog.
So happy to know you've opened your own little shop!

I had to go over and see what a crochet rock was - how adorable. I think those are the kids of things that are the core of etsy (at least for me) - one of a kind artisan pieces of ever changing fun. Beautiful banner - love how it coordinates so well with your items.
